Subscriptions are nonrefundable and nonreturnable but may be cancelled prior to the renewal date as specified in the renewal notification email.
Premium Content, including courses, eBooks, eCards, digital videos may be returned within 30 days of the order date providing that the items have not been activated. All items may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact Customer Support for any digital product returns.
Refunds
